Schools nowadays are not giving the right direction to the education. One example is the art in the schools. It is the subject that students enjoy more than the other ones but for the school this is not one of the most important subjects to teach. Mathematics is one of the main subjects to teach for schools but is one of the most hated subjects. The same thing happens with History or Grammar.
This really creates a condition to the way that teachers use to work in schools because they need to follow the rules of the school and they are not allowed to apply their creativity. This affects the students too, because they can not work in the best conditions to develop their creativity.
It is really sad to see the way that people in general looks the pedagogy career as one of the worst things that you can do for living. In my opinion this is Goberment's fault because they are not giving the right answers to the problems that affects the education and these problems are to develop in a better way our creativity to not be systematic people.
